In the Loire Valley, there’s certainly no shortage of itineraries when it comes to wine! In the heart of the Jasnières wine region, cycle along a 16 km path that has been fully adapted for bikes.

The circular route runs from La Chartre-sur-le-Loir to Ruillé-sur-Loir, allowing you and your trusty two wheeler to cross the Loire Valley on small paths and discover the expertise and passion of the area’s winemakers and artisans.

You’ll definitely want to stop at Tour Jeanne d’Arc, with its magnificent view of the Loire Valley. And the region’s other star attraction, Jasnières wine, is considered to be one of the best dry white wines in all France.

While keen cyclists might enjoy the small inclines of this hilly route, visitors in search of a more relaxed pace can opt for the added comfort of an electric bike.

And for an added bonus, why not push on to Poncé-sur-le-Loir and discover its magnificent château!
