Immerse yourself in the life of the estate on a bespoke tour and tasting. Savour the wines produced in the various localities on the estate together with a selection of more mature, rarer vintages.

Nestling in the heart of the vineyards, the centre of the estate is home to a chapel. Situated on the iconic terroir of the appellation from which it takes its name, nowadays it is the main venue for welcoming visitors to the estate. And what better place than here, a spot so steeped in history, to enjoy a unique tasting experience?

The villages of Burgundy obtained authorisation as far back as 1872 to append their names to the name of their best terroir: Chambertin, Romanée, Montrachet and Les Thorins were added to the names of the villages of Gevrey, Vosne, Puligny and Romanèche. One hundred and fifty years later, the unique location in Moulin-à-Vent provides an in-depth understanding of the geological and climatic contexts. Out of the 23 locations where wine is made, the idiosyncrasies of the six major terroirs that have been identified are cultivated. They are called Le Moulin-à-Vent, Les Thorins, Aux Caves, Les Vérillats, Champ de Cour and La Rochelle. Situated within a 300-metre radius of the chapel, each expresses itself in plot-by-plot cuvées: these are available for tasting, letting you grasp the essence of the Moulin-à-Vent terroirs via their nuance and depth.

The chapel also offers you the unique, rare opportunity to taste more mature wines. The owners, convinced that time does its job well, keep part of each vintage they harvest in the château’s cellars, which bear witness to the history of the estate and its growth. A few bottles of these old vintages are available here; from 2010 to the present day, the estate's wines can be savoured in their youth and maturity.

Surrounded by the hillsides of Les Thorins, the chapel will immerse you in the life of this historic estate. Tours take curious visitors from the adjoining vineyards to the age-old cellar (16th century). As they step through the doors of the winery, they can meet the cellar master and watch the estate's wines being produced, further enhanced by the discerning and delicate vinification and aging methods.
