Head to Aÿ and prepare for real adventure as you enter the world of COGEVI, the oldest of Champagne’s wine cooperatives. The idea behind this unique place, and specifically the Métiers du Champagne (Champagne Professions) museum, is to explain the history of Champagne the region and champagne the product through 1,500 items associated with the area’s winemaking heritage. You’ll find plenty of information about the passion and expertise of the men involved in this epic saga. Another unique feature of the Cité du Champagne Collet-Cogevi is the “à la carte” visits option, which enables you to put together your own exclusive experience. Miniature-dessert workshops, champagne and food matching, tasting of fine champagne with an expert… Anything is possible, the only limit being your own imagination.
