

From July to September, Roussillon’s winemakers and producers open their arms to holidaymakers at the Apéritifs de Terroir® – a great time to meet people and taste the riches of the region’s gastronomic heritage.
A dozen local producers share their knowledge and passion with visitors at these special aperitifs, run by the partner tourist offices. They’re designed to offer visitors – armed with a Pass Dégustation (“Tasting Pass”) – a gourmet treat as you find out all about the flavours of Roussillon. It’s a get-together based on local food and produce that’s not to be missed for anything in the world!
