At Banyuls-sur-Mer, more than 7,000 people come together to celebrate the end of the grape harvest with the tasting of Roussillon wines and fine foods and workshops for young and old. The celebration culminates in the final meal of the grape harvest, which takes places on the beach to the fanfares of a brass band!

The crowd at Banyuls-sur-Mer is celebrating the end of the grape harvest. To the fanfares of a brass band, the children squeeze the grapes while the adults learn how to taste Roussillon wines.

Afterwards everyone goes to the beach for a traditional barbecue. Fine-food tastings, walks through the vineyards, matching wines and fine foods ... Come and enjoy five days of non-stop activities and events.
